  • Communication between the team is not the best at this location. What does that result in? Waiting on food that ran out about 10 minutes ago when there were no customers waiting on line to be served. This was stated by the team members themselves as I watched them discuss it for about 3 minutes before getting steak and fajita on the grill. Not the first time I had to sit and wait on food at this location. No sense of urgency seems to take place. Kind of sucks. The three stars also is a result of the overly seasoned fajitas I received before. It ruined my bowl completely. Way to salty. Other than that the team members always seem to have a smile on their faces and they're always very excited. They also took care of the issue. That I do appreciate.
