  • Over the phone and in person the employees were seemingly very helpful. My only problem is that after a half an hour service call they were unable to truly diagnose my problem but still charged me $114.00. I was told "As best as I can tell its a fan issue and you're going to need to call a roofer. Your total today is $114.00" I was expecting a service fee, but after a half hour visit where I did not see a tool or a ladder $114.00 seemed steep. l again repeat that all the employees I spoke with were kind and helpful, I just don't think a plumbing company charging someone $114.00 after a half and hour to tell them to call a roofer is reasonable.
