  • This place has changed for the worse. I used to get my nails done at Creative Nails every 2 weeks. I will never go back. The last time I was there, I arrived early for my appointment and they kept me waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time. I was about to leave when they offered me a discount, and that's the only reason I ended up staying. It was a mistake. Not only did the nail tech not listen to me (I asked for a French gel manicure, and they tried to give me regular), the manicure was sub-par (they left my old gel on underneath), and I spent the entire appointment listening to management in a battle of egos with another customer who wasn't happy with her manicure. None of the usual nail techs were there, and after reading multiple reviews about the sale of the business, the downhill slide makes sense. It was a horrible experience. But to add insult to injury, when I checked out, they gave me only a 10% discount. It was a slap in the face. I will NEVER go back to this salon, which is a shame because I sued to frequent it regularly. I have leftover money on a gift certificate my boyfriend gave to me to Creative Nails and I threw it away. Between the awful customer service and the terrible work they do, there is nothing redeeming about this salon.
