  • i called looking for a specific backpack that was available online. i was on hold for approximately 8mins before anyone picked up the phone at 9a. i know weekends are busy, but at 9a? when i finally got a hold of someone, she couldn't help me with the backpack i was looking for. nor did she offer to look in the store for it. only kept telling me about more expensive backpacks instead. she then informed me that if i saw it online, i should purchase it online. after hanging up and dreading the idea of shopping online, i was shocked to find that the store does store pick up. i loathe online shoping, but was very pleased with the ease of this online shopping experience. i found what i wanted, no shipping fees, no waiting.. i mean it doesnt get better than that. the online experience saved this review from a lower rating. had i known how much easier it is to do it online, i would've started there. im just glad i found exactly what i needed.
