Sales process was a nightmare but the dealer service and the car, made up for it.
I bought an ES 350 a few years ago and had to review my sales contract for errors 6 times. And every time the errors were not in my favor. And then my car was delivered with a very big scratch on the trunk. Then the manual and shift knob were the wrong ones for my model, and did not have matching VINs.
The car was good and the service department excellent. Towards the end of my lease (November 2014), I received an invitation to turn in early, regardless of car value. The flyer said they wanted more used cars in my model. When I went in, I was told that my car was "upside down" by about $3,000 but we could price that into my new car. Yeah, right.
This dealer has good cars and a terrific repair shop, but the sales practices were shady.
