  • Today I got a gel acrylic full set and a regular pedicure. Even though I had told the receptionists up front I wanted a REGULAR acrylic/pedicure, NO GEL, my nail tech Nick still did a gel acrylic full set. My nails turned out really good, but I'm just disappointed in the fact that I got gel and not regular. I didn't know the difference between gel and regular acrylic because i rarely get my nails done. I just wish they had listened to me when I wanted REGULAR full set/pedi and no gel. Thank god I had a 40% Facebook coupon because the gel full set was $65 and I can go somewhere else that does that cheaper. Also Nick was a bit rough when doing my full set and it hurt a little but they still turned out well. Kinda annoyed because he didn't push back my cuticles on my finger nails. I also wanted gold foil on both my ring fingers and he didn't want to do them. The only good thing about my experience was my pedicure which Nick was amazing at. Overall I just wanted to try this place because it was closer to home, but I will be going back to the regular salon I go to.
