  • I like this target. It is always clean and I like how guest services is separate from checkout. I've only had good experiences at guest services as well. I removed a star because a very sure manager I came across was clueless about coupons. He was certain I couldn't use more than one coupon in a transaction because it said, "do not double" across the top. I tried to explain I wasn't doubling the coupon by using two coupons on two like items. Worst part is he taught the cashier that wrong information. I ended up going to customer service to resolve it but employees should be trained better on policies.
