I have done regular yoga classes here, therapeutic yoga for back issues, and gotten massages and reiki treatments too. Sterling is incredible and surrounds herself with great instructors and practitioners too. I have taken martial arts for a number of years and though Sterling offers a lot of relaxation sessions there is still plenty of classes that make you have a great workout.
For yoga they are great at adjusting any workout to suit your needs, even in a busy group class. They really understand how our bodies work as well as yoga. I learned a bit there even if I only just had intuition about it doing martial arts. There is regular yoga, therapeutic, yoga for athletes, and relaxation too. Classes for beginners to experienced yogis.
The massage therapy is great there too. They can really dig down deep to help relieve stress and tension that many therapists can't get too. Sometimes it really hurts but it is so effective it is worth it. Our muscles can really resist a lot more than I realized and they can get though all of that. Sandy listens to you and your body. She is good at figuring out where to work from listening to both.
Carla was the primary reiki master there. She has such great intuition and insight. She can give you tips and advice from the treatments even if you didn't talk about any particular issues. I've seen her work with others too. Those tips can be for physical, mental, and emotional needs. I ended up getting my reiki training with her too.
