This place was great from the minute we walked until the time we walked out. Service at the bar was quick and easy. They serve 12,17, and a 23oz (I think) sized beers. And they have a really neat ring of ice that goes along the bar to sit your beer on keeping good and cold. They had at least 25 craft beers to choose from and I liked all 3 that I had.
On to the food. First we had the soft pretzel with beer cheese and let me tell you that was the BEST SOFT PRETZEL I've ever had. There is a place in Philadelphia that visit every time I go just to get this pretzel made by an Amish family. VBGB's was better. 2nd we got the loaded nachos and these left a lot to be desired. We only ate a few and decided we didn't want anymore. I told the bartender we didn't like them and almost immediately the manager came over and apologized. Even refunded the back the money for them without us asking. I was blown away how great they treated us, all because we didn't like the nachos. The manager even gave me a free beer. It's great customer service like this that will keep bringing me back for more. In the end we ordered a black bean burger on a pretzel roll and it was great. If your headed to a concert next door this is the place to visit.
