rev:text	Had to have surgery, my doctor uses this facility so it wasn't my choice, it's a bit of a drive for me. When my doctors surgery scheduler told me to go in to do the pre register she forgot to mention I could do it on line and/or make an appointment to help facilitate the process. So I drove over arriving about 10am, no one was waiting. I was asked to sign in, then using the kiosk wnter my name and DOB to start the process, my name wasn't in the system, so I had to go back to the desk and wait for someone to come help. Once they found my referral they got me registered, got my labs, EKG and chest Xray done, I was given my instructions for the day of surgery and the whole process took about 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the process wasn't too bad but I would have loved to have known about the pre register utilizing the computer it would have same some time.
