  • We purchased a beautiful Southwestern carpet in April 2015. Unfortunately, the carpet had a defect. Ed, owner of Arizona Rug exchanged it for new one seven months later without hesitation. New carpet is much to our liking. Arizona Rug certainly has earned my respect and loyalty for standing behind their product.
