  • I have been going here for most of the last year, after trying several salons in Madison. I'm particular about brow waxing, and they are the best I have found. Kelly cuts my hair and does an amazing job of combining the look I like with the amount of time I prefer to spend on my hair (about 5 minutes). She gives great advice and recommendations without pushing the products (which can really ruin the experience for me). The entire staff is genuinely friendly and not pretentious, which is by no means a given at nicer salons. They always give free hand massages during services and remember you! I have never felt more comfortable in a salon than I do at Hair.
