  • This review will be short. I've been to Fat Choy several times and have always been delighted with the food and service. All of the food is always very good and their prices are very reasonable. The Eureka is a dumpy casino but having to endure it to get to Fat Choy is well worth it. The owner did advise me that they will be featured on the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives soon and they expect the place to packed with super long lines. This place is so good I would have no problem with waiting a long time for a table.
