  • Rude, liars, and thieves. This hotel is advertised as Free Cancellation on Expedia. When we cancelled our plans we cancelled our reservation, WITHIN TIME. Expedia said that there would be no charge, a total of 0.00 & there was no fee for cancelling. When the day came around we were charged in full price of two nights, plus an additional $20. We contacted the hotel, spoke to an ass hole at the front desk who had nothing to tell us but the hotel is "not refundable" when we never should've been charged to begin with because we agreed to pay when we arrived. We contacted Expedia instead, and after an entire day of the hotel ignoring Expedias phone call, more than likely on purpose, we were paid back in full by Expedia not the hotel. Do not give this company your credit card information online, or at all.
