  • I must say that Moon Valley blew my expectations out of the water in terms of customer service and going above and beyond. They really care about making sure you have a perfect tree or scrub for whatever scenario you have. Brandon the person I worked with and he was amazing. He explained me everything about all the possible trees that I could plant in my backyard, asked me questions such as what I wanted to do with these trees, how many years I was going to live there and what time frame would I wish for these trees to provide the level of privacy for my backyard. I got 2 Chinese Elms, Tipu, Sihu, Vitex Scrub and some blue hibiscus scrubs. He even came out and helped me flag them for the perfect spot for optimum growth. I choose to have them delivered and planted. John the driver called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way out. His owners quickly dug their holes in a matter of minutes and planted the 8 year old trees. Double staked, applied soil conditioner and Moon Juice in the water well they made. I was very happy with the level of customer service and how quickly they got everything done. The delivery fee was well worth it to plan tall those trees and scrubs, would have taken me hours. I would definitely recommend going here to get educated on what works for your lawn/backyard and you can get great ideas from them on landscaping and how to accent your home. Brandon is an amazing guy and also a bit of a tree nerd!
