  • Definitely five stars, if I ever need a table moved or felted again I'll be calling these guys. After a minor scheduling snafu, I was floored to see them apologize repeatedly (something that just doesn't happen in customer service any more in my experience) and then correct the situation. When the delivery day came they were quick, professional, and clean. Both guys moved the table up a full flight of stairs, with a 90 degree turn, without damaging the walls or nicking any paint. If you shop around for price you'll also find that they are very competitively priced. Do yourself a favor and go with these guys.
