  • These guys are horrible. I am staying with my mom to visit and their air conditioner went out while I was here. They have a warranty and called Chas Roberts who gave them a window of, we will be there between 8 a.m. And midnight. It ended up they needed to replace a $600 part. A part they had to get from Tucson, and it took so long to get here I could have walked there from Phoenix and got it faster. All said and done, three days later, the air conditioner works for 2 days and quit again. We call them at 10:30 a.m. And were told they would have someone here by midnight. Completely unacceptable. I have four very sick kids here and my mom has a lot of medical conditions. If they are that busy they need to hire more people or something. At my house in California, I never waited more than an hour for air conditioning service. And back when I was a plumber we would have never run our company like this. Is it all air conditioning companies in Arizona or just chas Roberts?
