  • I've grown up in Phoenix and have known it to be a high-end resort. This was first stay here and I was disappointed. The interior and exterior needs major updating. Our suite in Building 2 looked the same for 20 years. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the couch in the suite had rips in it. We stayed 1 night for our anniversary and were ready to leave first thing in the morning. If you're a Hilton club member you get 2 free bottles of water! But you have to go to the Gift Shop in the lobby to get them. Oh boy. However, we did get a nice surprise with a room service delivery of chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary.
