  • Definitely a 5 star review in customer service. Here is my experience... Needed to order clutch parts for my Sportster. Now when I called and asked for the clutch plates they advised me to check different things out on the clutch to make sure they were in working order since harley-davidson has some unique parts inside the clutch that can fail fairly easily. Now I decided to go with an aftermarket clutch pack that eliminated those parts. They made sure that the parts were the correct ones and fit according to the model and year. They ordered them quickly, had good communication, and their service department was very helpful with a bit of knowledge to help me change the clutch myself. Highly recommended will definitely be my new motorcycle parts facility from now on. Will never waste my money again at Harley Davidson dealers.
