  • I live in Los Angeles and was in the market for a used low mile Miata MX-5. I found many locally and called around with little or no interest due to high miles, wear and tear and a lack of ownership history. The following day I see the perfect Miata, perfect miles and the cost seemed really low miles, but it's in Tempe, AZ. I call to inquire and speak with a really nice sales agent, Fred. Wow, he was so different from all the others, he really listened and answered all my questions to the bet of his abilities...if he didn't know he would check and call me back within minutes with the answers to my questions. He was kind, friendly and the type of person I want to deal with! I told him if everything checks out, and your telling me all I need to know, and your honest with me--consider it sold! Within 10 minutes I agreed to buy it! I booked by ticket to fly from LA to AZ. Fred even offered to picked me up from the airport! That was one of the best customer experiences, ever. Needless to say, I flew in within 48 hours, saw the Miata and it was flawless...it was a done deal. Thank you Fred, thank you Hyundai of Tempe!
