  • I was really excited to try this place out. My friend bought me a gift certificate and sadly I won't be back. When I arrived the receptionist didn't say a word to me. She tapped on the clipboard motioning for me to sign in and then I asked her "ok is that it?" And she just nodded to me. I actually texted my friend to ask if she was deaf or mute. Nope just really bad at customer service. My nail tech shaped my nails really weirdly and the way they apply the gel is not satisfying to the eye. It's very thick and looks like you have press ons. My nail tech completely missed the sides of my nails so there's a lot of nail without polish. Really glad I didn't pay for this service.
