  • I've been living here going on a year now and this lease couldn't end faster. They always have these pointless inspections that just totally invade your privacy. The front office people are ridiculous and always and supper unprofessional. The Venue obviously is only about making a buck and can care less about their renters living experience. They totally invade your privacy and are always trying to find something to charge you for as if they work on a bonus system or something. I've never rented from a place like this and don't wish this living experience on anyone. If I wasn't for this year lease I had to sign I would of been out of this place. Don't do the same mistake as I did and sign a year lease at this horrible establishment.
