rev:text	Disappointed by the lack of integrity and greed of the new management company, they recently changed the way they bill water and utilities and assured us it would be close to the same amount we paid this past year...our rent increased at renewal and just received a water bill for $60 seriously what a joke, there are plenty of properties to choose in Chandler that are newer and better amenities this property went down hill once the management company changed
