  • Ichiza has been one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas for over 4 years now. For real authentic Japanese tapas and fresh fish, this is the place to go! There are so many menu items to choose from and each one unique and delicious, there is definitely something for everyone. My favorite dish is the blue fin tuna from Spain with crab butter! Each visit we try to order something new, the whole fish mackerel sashimi was absolutely divine and the presentation of the whole fish was spectacular! (See attached photo). Also make note to save room for my all time favorite "Honey Toast" with only 3 simple ingredients, it may seem lackluster, but I promise you that it will be one of the best desserts you've ever had!
