I end up at Modern Hyundai after scraping my front bumper on a curb. I show up without an appointment and in hysterics because I'm 600 miles away from home and I'm not sure how bad the damage is. Christopher (my Service Advisor) graciously takes me in and gets me situated. As I'm waiting in the plush lobby, he comes to get me and give me the news. They fixed my car up no charge! I was so happy I could've cried. The customer service in this location is stellar, truly five stars. Now I know if I'm ever in Charlotte again, I'll have somewhere to bring my car. Great service department.
