  • Went in there today to get some Torrone - an Italian tradition in our house. There was one other person in the store, being helped by the gentleman (I assume Niccoli). In the past, I have spoken to him and he is very nice. However, the woman behind the counter was ignoring everyone. I had cash in one hand, my box of Torrone in the other and I couldn't get her attention to take my money. After waiting way too long, I put the box back and walked out. Shameful - to lose a $14.00 sale because of laziness.
