  • Very friendly and clean place. My lil' girl, Jagger wasn't even afraid. I give the entire experience an A+++++++. Jagger will be back soon! Dr. Roach was very friendly and really aims to please his customers and very gentle with your loved one. So far, so good! Unless something horrific happens, this is by far the very BEST place to take your loved one. And you can TRUST ME because I've lived in other states and have had other pups before. West Russell Animal Hospital is the best I've been to so far!!! This morning, Jagger went in for her microchip and ear cropping. Dr. Roach called me right after the surgery updating me that she handle the anesthesia really well and is now just coming out of sedation. I can't wait to pick her up tomorrow.
