| - Never again!!!
on 3 April I ordered online 2 pairs of shoes. I had a problem with placing order using my debit card (it would not go through twice) and ended up using my boyfriends credit card. Two days later I received an email that my bf's card was charged and my order was shipped. 10 days later I checked my debit card account and found out that I was charged twice on my debit card in addition to the purchase made on credit card!!! I called them up asking how come was I charged 3 times if the transaction did not go through on two separate attempts? I was told it was a pre-authorization only- of course not true, since the money were deducted from my account!. Anyways, I was told that there was a problem with my order (as I did not receive a tacking number and they had to ship it again. I was meant to receive an email with confirmation and tracking number the next day) 2 weeks later, no email, no tracking number, no shoes. Over 2 weeks I made at least 10 phone calls which were not picked up - what a appalling customer service, unbelievable!! I left voice message and emailed them twice each time begin ignored. Finally, a month after order being placed customer service manager Mr Sibanda emailed me with tracking number, no apologies for the delay, nothing!
2 days ago I received my parcel with one pair of shoes missing!
Honestly, I have no words....I have been jerked around for over a month, not worth it. I will never buy from them again and will not recommend this shop to anyone. There is no excuse for this sort of treatment.
