  • I wanted to write an update on Senior Dimension. Still believe they are the worst of the worst. I had written the letter to un-enroll my grandmother off their insurance and it took them two months to do it, and during that time, she was hospitalized, sent to a rehab across town, all based on Senior Dimension wishes because that was what they will pay for, then for them to retro active her un-enrollment date, leaving her hospital bills unpaid for after they paid for them in the first place. SIX DIFFERENT AGENTS couldnt get me straight answers. Thankfully, the Medicare agent helped me get everything situated with her bills that Senior Dimensions created. Once again, if you love your parents or grandparents, DO NOT enroll them in Senior Dimensions. Their customer service call center is a joke and no one knows how to do their jobs.
