  • I used to come here all the time since it is my favorite yogurt chain.. But they have just gone totally downhill. Most of the time, more machines are broken rather than working. This makes it so you just have a few of the regular flavor choices if you're lucky and actually have a few options (which get boring pretty quickly..) and rarely any fruit flavors, which is what I prefer. I hardly ever see their specialty flavors in an actual working machine. Granted, the staff is usually kind and the place is clean, but those are the only positive things I can think of for this location.. but for this being an "upscale" type of plaza I have no idea why we keep heading in to find over four machines broken and realizing we wasted our time!
