  • My computer has been running hot, so I e-mailed them Sunday evening to see if they offered cleaning services. Nate was back in touch with me within an hour to confirm that they could, and for a very reasonable price ($10). I was able to make an appointment right away. I parked on the N. Carroll St. ramp, and it was a very short walk to the office. Nate and I had a chance to talk while we were taking the elevator up to the shop, and I was very impressed by the depth of his expertise and his ability to explain things clearly and simply. We booted my computer after cleaning and I could feel the improvement in how well it ran. Nate diagnosed that one of the bearings on my fan is broken, which was causing part of the problem. He offered to do some research and get back to me with an estimate. He e-mailed me with information and an initial quote within one hour. The quote was very reasonable, and I am definitely planning to come back to have them do the work.
