  • I'm only providing 5 stars for a service technician named Lewis who helped fix and repair my refrigerator. Typically I have never really had any good things to say about Sears but this time I'm privileged to say I met one of the most impactful and humble people in my life. Let me start by saying thank you Lewis for saving the day and within 20 minutes knocking out a job which should have taken a few hours or someone lazy replacing the whole unit. You were extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my newborn's food didn't rot and spoil. You personally made it a point to get things handled in a timely manner but not allow the service and quality to lack. I owe you big and feel a bit indebted to you as I wish you and your fellow peers were allowed to receive rips. Again I never had received the level of service and welcoming candor in a time of needed. God bless and you definitely deserve a promotion and the deserved recognition to say the least. For anyone needing repairs ask for Lewis.
