  • If I could give no stars I would! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is completely disorganized and incredibly rude. We had two hotel rooms over a weekend (not a holiday) and it was one fiasco after another. Check in took forever and we were not even allowed to use the pool. There are no signs anywhere that show the pool policies for drinks or cups, online or in the room. My friend and I are pregnant and we brought down yeti cups with ice water. The security guard told us that we cannot bring in any cups so we offered to pour the water out. He told us they couldn't come in empty either and we had to put them in the room. My friend's husband told the guard that the "policy was really dumb" and walked away. Then the guard told us he would not be allowed back in! He never used any language and never approached the guard so I'm not sure what on earth he was banned for. When we called the front desk they were completely unhelpful and told us that the security guard was saying he called him some vulgar names. Completely untrue! I am beyond angry and I will not be paying the resort fee!!!
