It was pretty good once I was able to find a washroom and purchase my coffee.
They do not have a bathroom!!
I walked up and down the street looking for a washroom and Saving Grace, this adorable restaurant/cafe across the street, was the only washroom on the entire block that was open to the public (even the 7-11 does not have a public washroom - eek). If I was not waiting for a friend I would have gladly moved over to Saving Grace for this very reason.
I stopped in to meet a friend, it was our first time there and like it has been said in some other reviews, this is more of a stop and go kind of place. There was a few seats (there are 2 bars, one by the window and one facing a wall) but not enough for more than 4-6 people tops!
It was a really rainy day and we spent a few hours there. The Americano and perk coffee was yummy and they have almond milk (bonus!). I really liked their oatmeal raisin cookie, it was fluffy and "cake-like" in texture.
I will go back if I am in the neighborhood but not before I try out Saving Grace.
