  • Pros: Great teachers, location, and the class schedule is fantastic. Cons: I had a membership on and off for two years and I rarely felt welcomed each time I arrived. Sometimes, the front staff wouldn't even say hello while they carried on their conversations. There was one individual in particular who had quite a negative attitude - I believe her name was Sarah. Sometimes, she was really nice, other times, very condescending. I felt that the amount I was paying did not align with the level of service I was receiving.
