rev:text	RHODES RANCH MAIDS I have seen a lot of crazy reviews but I must have been lucky because I really like this maid service. I have them help me clean my 3000 square foot home once a month and they do a pretty good job. 2 ladies come in, they are pleasent and handle business quickly and efficiently. It's usually done within 3 hours. I am a mother of 3 and my kids usually have toys strewn across every room as far as the eye can see (and even in places you can't see!) and they don't mind picking them up and putting them away for me. They dust the tops of the fans when I ask them to. The only thing they don't do is windows or tvs and that's because of their insurance. (That's what I was told but I assume they meant liability to fix if broken) There have been a few times when I had to be rescheduled but other than that, they are pretty good for the price and I have been using them for about a year and have no plans to go elsewhere. LAWN SERVICE I have to agree with some of the other posts about the lawn service. It's a bit of a joke but you can opt to not have him come if you want. I just let him do my front yard only and it's usually just leaf blowing and pulling a few weeds and then I have a regular landscaper come every so often and do a good job on the whole place or my husband and I do it ourselves. All in all, if you are on a budget and just need some help around the house once in awhile, they are worth it! And I'm happy to see my girls when they come! :) And I like that it's always the same girls too. I enjoy having my whole house clean all at the same time when they come. (With my 3 kids, that's literally THE ONLY time the whole house is totally clean.)
