  • I had a very large Palo Verde tree on a rental property which had sustained some major storm damage after not being properly maintained by our (now former) property management company. It was a real disaster. I tried multiple tree services over the weekend and really got nowhere. No one would come until the following Monday and the tree needed to come down before it collapsed on the neighbors' property. I called Arbor Care before 7:00 am on a Sunday and Jerry called me back within 5 minutes. He was at the property in 45 minutes and the tree was removed by noon. AND they charged 25%-35% less than some of the other places I contacted.
