  • What a fun and interactive way to spend the evening! I did the chocolate truffle workshop at the Vaughan location inside the Geomans Appliances store. The workshop took place in this beautiful functioning model kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and kept in spotless condition. David was such an awesome chocolate master. He started off the workshop with a fun history lesson on chocolate. And we got to make our own chocolate truffles (different variety of truffles). I had no experiences with making truffles before but David made it easy and fun. A generous amount of chocolate supplies were provided. We got to snack on the chocolate and toppings as we were making our truffles. The best part of the workshop was that we got to take our finished products home in nice little gift bags and boxes. They tasted so rich and heavenly. I made about 25 pieces of truffle to take home; well not all 25 of them survived the car ride home as I couldn't resist the temptation of putting them in my mouth (don't judge, you can't pass on such good chocolate :)) Overall, we had a great evening. This workshop is a great idea for girls night out, birthday party, or bachelorret events. Will definitely return for future events.
