  • Awful customer service , they are scam. I booked a car through Hotwire and paid $180. Somehow the sale representative named Naema fooled me and told me I can upgrade the car with very little cost and I ended up paying $220 on top of what I paid to Hotwire. The Branch manager wasn't helpful either. Worst experience with car rental
