When we went to Vegas for New Year's, some people were talking about pho the entire trip. We finally got a chance to go right before we left back for LA. On a brisk windy day around 1p, we headed here. The line was crazy, I think we waited for about 30 minutes before getting seated.
We were famished by the time we sat down. The orders came relatively fast except for a rice dish, but considering how busy they were, it wasn't so bad. I haven't had pho in awhile, and this was definitely one of the better places I've been to in a long time, and you know how many pho places there are in the South Bay.
The broth was great, the meat tender, and the noodles light yet hearty and filling. I had a serious hangover after the NYE festivities, and I had to drive the way back to LA. I don't doubt that having a belly full of good pho helped me recuperate.
