  • Where do I begin...my husband had purchased this gift for me from Living Social and I wish I had read the review before using this company. Thank Goodness I was able to get a full refund from Living Social. I made an appointment and wanted to buy additional hours (which according to the ad it says an additional hour is $50 but no they said $65. But what the ad failed to mention is that they clean by square footage not by the hours. So the deal says 2 people for 2.5 hours of cleaning. This actually depends on square footage of your home, which does not say that on the voucher. So we paid $49 for the voucher and I paid additional $65 for deep cleaning which was all done in 2 hours and 40 mins. $114 was not worth it at all. The customer service was horrible and they had false advertising. The voucher should say up to 2.5 hours of cleaning. The only great thing about this is I got my money back from Living Social and they filed a complaint. I just wish I had a 600 sq foot home so it would be worth the $49 we paid initailly.
