| - Unfortunately, not worth the price. I paid $50 for a normal (non-gel) mani-pedi.
The tech who saw me did a decent job on the pedicure, which lasted for a good week. Some missed spots on the smaller toes, but not noticeable. The leg/calf massage was nice, too.
Once I had paid, though (with a 25% tip) he rushed through the manicure. There were still pieces of my old polish around my cuticles when he finished. After accidentally bumping my thumb, he tried to fix it by brushing more gel color over the topcoat, which looked (predictably) awful.
I showed it to the older female owner, to see if they could at least fix my thumb. She said it was fine and I could leave. My manicure started chipping later that day, and I had to remove the polish completely the following morning.
I realize this is a hard industry to work in, and am usually fine with less-than-perfect results. For the prices they charge though (which I would hope is a reflection for higher employee pay), the quality is just not there.
