  • I first started going to Green Cleaners because of the great reviews on Yelp. Sure, the owner is nice, but I will never return. Alterations are done well, but cleaning is not! I spent a lot of money there and my items were not thoroughly cleaned. When I called to discuss my concerns, the owner yelled at me. He did not speak to me, he yelled and argued with me. Again, he is typically a nice guy who carries decent conversation but the whole yelling situation was not professional or customer friendly. I have two more issues: 1. There's always a date on your receipt letting you know when your clothing will be ready. When I went to pick up my clothing on that date, he told me it was not ready. I did not receive a call notifying me of the delay or anything and I needed those items for work. When I finally could pick up the items, they were not properly cleaned. 2. A different time I went there to pick up my items. The girl that works in the back I guess does not handle the cash or pick ups. She said the owner would be back in 5 minutes. I'm not sure where he went. Perhaps he went to lunch? Either way, I sat unassisted for 30 minutes before he arrived. I do not live close to Green Cleaners so I was not going to leave and return after driving the distance. Any professional business would have a time that they go to lunch and close the business at the same time every day with a sign on the door and notifications online, OR have more staff. I did not have a good experience here and I will not return.
