  • I was looking for a company that had experience working with people that "collect things." I live out of state, so really relied heavily on the online reviews. My mother has been in her house for 35 + years and it has become too much for her to manage. I contacted New Day Organizing and was put in touch with Melissa. I had multiple email and phone conversations with her, which helped put my mind at ease and trust that my mother was in good hands. Melissa showed up at the arranged time and spent 4 hours working with my mom. My mom said Melissa was very professional and efficient. My mom was very worried initially about feeling judged for having so much stuff, but said she felt comfortable, relaxed, and not at all judged. My mother was also worried about having someone come into her house and just start throwing things away. This was not the case at all and my mom felt very pleased with the team they formed. My mom said the experience was "wonderful" and it really got the ball rolling towards de-cluttering and organizing her house. . Thank you Melissa!
