  • I had a recent, brief, but outstanding visit to Pats. I had read the small sample of positive reviews on yelp and decided to give them a shot at the rear brakes on my vehicle. When I dropped my car off, the gentleman at the counter was courteous, took my info, asked a few questions and I was on my way. A few hours later I got a call from Brian telling me he cleaned my brakes, knocked the rust off, and basically they were wearing well and I didn't need to do anything! My car has 115000 miles on it and I was prepared to pay for new brakes. This news was surprising but very pleasing. It was nice to experience such great service and more so, honesty! While I didn't have any real work done this time, Pats earned a customer for life! I plan on purchasing tires soon and will definitely be visiting them. I would also like to add that when I picked my vehicle up, the young man working was beyond pleasent and we had a 5-10 minute conversation, mostly about food. Just a nice ending to my experience.
