  • I was having some problems with water stains on some of my ceilings so I cut a few holes to take a look. The water was coming from condensation on the furnace & dryer vent pipes which were never properly connected to the outside wall. Inside the wall, someone used packing tape which had completely dried out and come lose. The vent was corrugated and full of lint. Having the dryer exhaust into the air space instead of outside the house was causing condensation on the furnace ducts which was dripping onto the ceiling. I had previously spoken to Chesneys about this and they pretty much gave me a blank stare and said they couldn't really do anything about it. Bryce came over and did a very nice job of putting in a straight metal duct, taping it up properly and vented it to the outside without loss of air inside the house. He was cordial and conscientious. Considering this problem has been bothering me for a number of years, their price was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely use them again.
