  • Came to town and had no idea where to grab a bite for dinner before checking into out hotel. Read the reviews for Rudy's and gave it a shot. This place is really good! Got the moist brisket and it was so delicious! The hubbs also got the jalapeño sausage and said it was great! The potato salad was yummy and had a lot of flavor. The original sauce was really spicy for me but I'm a bit of a lightweight, so I used the sissy sauce. Quite honestly, I only dipped the brisket in sauce a couple times because it was so fabulous even without it. I would definitely recommend this place!
