  • I've been to this location twice, both times staff is rude rude rude. I'll be obtaining a doctors excuse so I'm able to discontinue my membership. I'm paying $60 a month to be treated with disrespect and leave in a much worse mood then I was when I walked in the door, when in reality I was attempting to join so that I could bring more relaxation into my life. Paid for a 90 minute massage, and got a 70 minute massage! When I brought it to the cashiers attention, I was completely ignored. Terrible location. They treat people more like a conveyer belt situation rather then a "spa" people are paying good money for
