  • I always enter any car service situation with a certain degree of skepticism. It wouldn't be too difficult for a shop to take advantage of people who don't have an extensive knowledge about cars (and its not uncommon to hear of such situations)! But since I first tried them out, I've felt comfortable bringing my business to SunDevil several more times. I initially chose them because of their hours. Love that they open at 7 and that you can generally get in and out quickly if you get there when they open. The fact that they'll shuttle you to a nearby location if you dont want to wait in shop for the car is great, too! The employees are professional and knowledgeable, but they're NOT pushy. I've done additional research and/or gotten second opinions on the few services they've recommended for my 1997 car and those second opinions have always aligned with what SunDevil reccommends. They are family owed and those values definitely come through in the service provided. Appreciate the honesty and no-BS! Haven't been disappointed snd would gladly recommend any of their locations.
