  • Went for my birthday last night. The staff member took our money and then said, oh you can only drink in the downstairs rooms, so we begged for a room downstairs. The staff member finally relented we ordered 12 beers and other snacks, and headed down to the basement. The bigger private Karaoke rooms downstairs have a moldy basement like stench to them. I'd put my coat over the leather couches before sitting down on them - if you know what I mean;) Music selection was good - but wish they had a directory by artist, rather than just song title. There was a mix up in our reservation we asked for an extra hour and we ordered 12 additional beers and then 5 minutes later the hostess told us we had to leave the room was reserved by someone else..... The owner gave us a really hard time about a refund, and actually told us to drink the remainder of the beers in the corner in the hallway outside - or he would call the cops! - I have a family of cops so I'm not sure that would have gone over well with the owner. His staff was scared of him, and told us the owner was crazy. We finally got our refund.....I wouldn't come here again as it left a bad taste in my mouth because of that, and there has got to be cleaner Karaoke bars with full service alcohol in all the private group rooms.
